Delivery is free on all orders!
We use Royal Mail to deliver all Focus Performance products.
We can deliver to your home address or your place of work. If you want your order to be delivered to your work address, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier service will deliver to the delivery address and not the person.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want you all to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by emailing support@focusperformance.co.uk. We may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as possible. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the item.
If there is anything missing from your delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.
